Tenure: 1 year Outsource Contract with Agency
Remuneration: RM2600 – RM2800
Responsibilities:
· To manage and to monitor client’s social media online community on-going communication. Ensure clear, timely and accurate communication (replies and overall online responses) to customers and general public.
· To coordinate and align with Marketing team, internal team and relevant Stakeholders.
· Staying abreast with latest digital and social media development and online communication.
· Strong sense of urgency with timely response. Good coordination skills.
· High adaptability with a calm demeanor. Possesses good problem-solving abilities
· Will report functionally to Brand Advisor and to report administratively to Sales Services Supervisor.
Requirements:
· Qualification – Degree is preferable but no issue with Diploma or Advance Diploma in communications (fresh grad would be good)
· CGPA - > 3.0
· Strong communication skills and understands the implications/consequences of online communications.
· Must be fluent in English both (written and verbal) and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia/Malay both (written and verbal). – please test the candidate first.
· Fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) will be an added advantage.
