Admin Assistant - Logistics
Responsibilities
- Data analysis and reporting
- Logistics Vendor Control
- Process improvements and problem-solving
- Assist in the implementation of lean processes and methodologies
- Other related tasks as assigned by your superior
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- An excellent team player
- Good communication skills and English proficiency
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, lookups etc.) and other data/statistical tools
- Highly motivated to learn and absorb information quickly
