Admin Assistant - Logistics

Responsibilities
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Logistics Vendor Control
  • Process improvements and problem-solving
  • Assist in the implementation of lean processes and methodologies
  • Other related tasks as assigned by your superior
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • An excellent team player
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, lookups etc.) and other data/statistical tools
  • Highly motivated to learn and absorb information quickly
