• Min Diploma in Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
• Prossess Certification in Site Safety Supervisor by National Institute Of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).
• Min 2 years working experience in Oil and Gas / related field.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA 1994, Factory Machinery Act (FMA) 1967 & Environmental Qulaity Act 1974. 
• Strong passion in HSE.
• Good MS Office Skills (Excel, Word etc)
• Possess own transport.
• Required Languages : English & Bahasa Melayu.

Tanggungjawab:

• Support the management and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidlines and procedures to ensure that the OPU's objectives are met.
• Provide support project and operation term in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. 
• Support Management in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and perfoem regular HSE audits in the areas of business. 
• Attend pre-job, planning and clients meeting a srequired on HSE related matters. 
• Provide support to department on the implementation of Company wide HSE initiative eg : ISO 14001, OHSAS etc.
• Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with company policies and procedures as well as clienat requirements.
• Ensure tool box meeting and drills are implemented as part of the company and HSE programe. i.e. emergency response systems etc.
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the management. 
• Manage safety statistics report. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the managemnt. 
• Provide HSE matters of Company Bid Submission as requested. 
• Assist in the development of project specifics HSE procedures. 
• Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with company policies and safety standards. 
• Support HSE personnels in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practice. 
• Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required. 
• Any other safety related matters within the scope of site safety supervisir if necessary.
