Logistics Process Improvement
- Build logistics improvement projects tailored to country’s business model and customer expectations
- Ability to understand the business context of countries and translate business requirement to system functionality and operational activities.
- Support and assist in design of logistics solution
- Manage the overall deployment of project amongst key stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of the project
- Support Customer Logistics Offer segmentation in EAJ countries based on business and customer needs
- Enable Digitization tools to transform customers’ experience
- Coordinate change management as part of process improvement if necessary
Logistics Analysis
- Optimize lead time and logistics operation process to improve customer satisfaction and gain competitive edge in the market
- By interpreting data/metrics and analyzing processes gaps to identify root cause & propose solutions
Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years of supply chain experience
- Strong business acumen and market intelligence background, including best practice in the market/ competitors would be an added avantage
- Background in logistics engineering would be an added avantage
- Strong project management skills would be added advantage
- Ability to frame project scope, manage projects, follow up and drive results
- Good analtyical skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skill, independent, high self-motivation and strong team player.
- Comfortable in working in fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Good Command of Microsoft Excel & SAP
- Strong command of English would be added advantage
- 6 Sigma (Green or Black Belt) Certification would be an added advantage
- Command of analytics tool such as Tableau would be added advantage
