DESCRIPTION

• Achieving project objectives with respect to its agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality with project stakeholders.
• Creation and maintenance of networks with customers, suppliers, and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law.
• Primary responsibility is for project planning and coordination, defining project goals and tasks and to manage appropriate resources.
• Manage the inspection projects in close cooperation with the project team.
• Manage the risk management plan, identify and analyze risk, create a risk response plan and monitor and control risk.
• Identify and manage changes during the project executions.
• Identify and communicate additional sales opportunities.
• Identify potential additional requirements and services during the project with cooperation with the customers and sales.
• Conflict management within and between projects or cross-functional areas
• Final project assessments and reporting. Subsequently to drive Lessons-Learned process for service and process quality.
• Manage invoicing and cash flow for the projects. • Approve final project deliverables & its closure with project stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited university.
• Experience of project management methods such as PMP.
• Strong knowledge in project profitability analysis.
• Minimum 5 year experience in a similar position, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Good communication skills and negotiating skills in an international environment.
• Ability to build business relationships with various stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office software.
• No restrictions to travel locally and abroad.
• No health restrictions to work within O & G industry.
