Job Description

(Contract)

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens with at least Diploma in M & E engineering and equivalent from Local Polytechnics or Universities accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA).
• Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV), with Credit in Bahasa Melayu subject.
• Have at least three (3) years of experience as M&E site supervisor in the area of construction and priority will be given to those experienced in projects involving more than 10 storey buildings.

Job Descriptions:

• To ensure all M&E work compliance the Construction Plans, contract specifications and identify discrepancies on plan and discuss with the project team to resolve before the commencement of construction.
• M&E Supervisor is responsible to perform the site inspection for all M&E works and ensuring compliance with the contract specifications, requirements and approved construction drawings.
• Checking & verify all Site Daily Report, Work Progress Report, Test Reports and all reports related to M&E work on the site project.
• Checking all documents related to M&E work submitted by contractors such as 'Shop drawing', 'Method Of Statement, Request For Information, Request For Inspection' and other documents.
• Checking M&E building materials with QAQC PDC on site project must comply with the contract specification, requirements and approval of local authorities.
• Attend CCM meetings (Client Consultant Meeting) and related meetings.
