Roles and responsibilities
To support the Corporate Finance and Corporate Secretarial team in a range of activities.
Implementation and execution of the funding strategy, corporate planning, foreign/local investment/divestment activities and financial analysis. Liaison with all parties involved (financial advisors, lawyers, accountants, valuers) in corporate exercises Management of due diligence process of corporate exercises Preparation of public documents (e.g. circular to shareholders, announcements and press releases) Preparation of slides presentations for Top Management for Board Meetings & analyst and potential investor briefings Assisting in ensuring that the Group is in full compliance with the latest regulatory requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements, Malaysian Securities Commission’s Guidelines and the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance Requirements and experience
A recognized degree in Finance/Banking/Accountancy.
Minimum of 3 years of related working experience, preferably in Management Consultancy/Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking/Corporate Planning An understanding of business fundamentals: strategies, operating models, functions, macroeconomics Familiarity with the Main Market Listing Requirements, Malaysian Securities Commission’s Guidelines, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, and/or the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965 would be an advantage.
