VACANCY:

  • 1.Insurance Manager
    1. Selects, motivates, and coaches Insurance staff, including performance reviews.
    2. Manages daily operations of the Insurance Section including establishing and communicating department goals and objectives, allocating staff resources and ensuring effective workflow.
    3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal (other units within Company) and external customers (brokers, underwriters, government and regulatory agencies).
    4. Consults with internal departments and line management across the organization in order to provide necessary support services and ensure most productive and cost effective ways to conduct business.
    5. Consults, advises and plans with other members of management on potential benefits, features and capabilities of new or revised services.

    1. Minimum a recognized degree level with at least 5 experience in insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. A results-driven approach to work in order to meet targets.
    4. Numeracy, especially the ability to analyze and interpret statistical data.
    5. Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
    6. The ability to develop and deliver innovative ideas.
  • 2.Warehouse Manager (1 year contract)
    1. Efficient and effective warehouse operations by ensuring parts are stored at the right location upon quality check with the right preservation.
    2. Stock availability for maintenance services and refurbishment projects.
    3. Provisioning analysis is conducted accordingly and ensuring the stock level at kept at optimum level.
    4. Ensured compliance with the Royal Malaysian Customs (RMC) requirements when dealing with new and reconditioned parts.
    5. Oversees, directs and prioritizes execution of the works of each unit to ensure alignment with overall department objectives ensuring that all work processes are maximized for efficiency.

    1. A Candidate must possess at any Degree or above qualification related with Warehouse Management and Supply Chain.
    2. Minimum 5 - 7 years or relevant experience in warehouse operations in a servicing sector.
    3. Proven experience in managing a multi-disciplined team.
    4. Skills on supervision, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Process, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Controls, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance judgment.
  • 3.Technician
    1. Standby during vessel operations for immediate assistance requested.
    2. Carry out troubleshooting and remedial works in case of machine breakdown during operation.
    3. Carry out maintenance works of prime mover/trailer, reach stacker, heavy forklifts and other small mobilizing equipment as assigned or in line with planned maintenance in system.
    4. Carry out the maintenance and repair works on the cranes as per the instruction given by the supervisor.
    5. Follow up and rectify the complaints on the pre operation checklist from the operation and update the checklists based on the inspection and rectification regularly.

    1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automotive & Air Cond, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields.
    2. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience.
    3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • 4.Key Account Management Executive
    1. To assist Key Account Management on day to day functional job
    2. Key account Manager database management & Market intelligent analysis – Johor market, maritime industry updates, competitor intelligent, Monthly Business report, monitoring berthing windows utilization & etc.
    3. Key person for internal cross coordination within department
    4. To assist and facilitate customer enquiry
    5. To assist superior job task/instruction on day to day basic

    1. Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or Degree
    2. 2-5 years of experience or other related field
    3. In depth knowledge of logistic/shipping/ seaport terminal
  • 5.Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement

    1. Articulate and embed the process excellence knowledge and way of working across Division/ Department and all staff.
    2. Initiate and facilitate efficiency and process improvement project.
    3. Measure and align system processes to support business and customer agreement.
    4. Deliver change management activity required to implement redesigned problem, system and activity.
    5. Regularly monitor, track and analysis result of all on going activities to assume effectiveness of the process improvement activities.
    6. Act as change catalyst that helps the organization transform itself by focusing on organizational effectiveness, improvement and development. 

    1. Master in Business Admin, Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
    2. Appropriate Certification with/or Lean Six Sigma practitioner certified.
    3. Min 5 - 8 years in related field with successful closure of project particularly as Lean Six Sigma practitioner.
    4. Training the lean certified through recognized and accredited organization
    5. Manage group of staff in the day to day performance if their jobs
    6. Manage project / department milestone / goals
    7. Experience in rolling out program with 5 years accredited black belt and lean six sigma bodies
  • 6.IT Executive / Senior Executive (Network \ System \ Database Admin)

    1. Addresses and resolves basic incident and request; logs all incident and request; engages other helpdesk resources to resolve incident that are beyond and scope of their ability or responsibility.
    2. Uses the appropriate categories for logging incident and requests.
    3. Creates positive customer support experiences and builds strong relationship through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customer with consummately professional attitude.
    4. Ensures the end-to-end customer experience and provides a single point of contract for the customer. 
    5. Provides after hours and on-call support as needed.

    1. A Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
    2. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience working in customer service environment.
    3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Software and its program product, i.e. Windows 7/10, Office Suite and fundamental in networking topologies – LAN, WAN and Security.
    4. Able to install, maintain and troubleshoot wired and wireless network.
    5. Excellent in server management; i.e. VMware, MS Windows Server, MS Active Director, MS Exchanges, Symantec Protection Suite Enterprise, Firewall, MS SQL Server.
    6. Good knowledge in computer hardware and software systems and programs, computer networks, network administration and network installation, computer troubleshooting and Linux & Unix operating system.
