Our Client is a multinational company-a Progressive cavity Pump manufacturer based in Europe; they clients include Food manufacturers, general industries and oil & Gas sectors worldwide. The parent company has more than 8o years of history. They also manufacture food systems that cater to major food manufacturers globally and to leading food manufacturers in Malaysia.
Besides PC pumps, they have hose pumps which can be used in ink manufacturing process, cement transfer and for other heavy viscosity fluids transfer applications. They are expanding into Asia pacific regions. With Asia Pac office set up in Singapore in mid of 2014, and has now its representative office in Malaysia. In order to serve the customer better, they are recruiting new staff to cover a more comprehensive market.
Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Bandar Sunway – Mentari Business Park
Responsibilities:
- Handling of sales activities including making quotations (Training will be provided), customer visitation and exploring market potentials & sales activities report.
- To develop new prospects, and maintain business relationship with existing clients in the assigned market segment.
- To initiate problem solving and help provide solution to customers.
- Market coverage-central region for a start, occasional outstation trips when needs warrant and assigned.
Requirement:
- Applicant must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial) or Science & Technology and equivalent.
- However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 Year (s) of working experience in sales in the pump related field.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing & processing is advantage.
- Required Skill (s): Computer knowledge, to articulate clearly ,and confident to meet customers
- Has strong motivation to meet customers as frequently as practical with results in objective.
- Self-motivated, exhibit aptitude for problem solving and solution provider to customers.
- Pleasant, dynamic and positive personality
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and ( Mandarin or Cantonese is MUST )
- Possess own transport and driving licence

Remuneration Package:
- Salary RM 2,800 – RM 3,200
- 13 Month Salary
