Project Planner
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Main function is to monitor the execution of the work and report progress
- Any major deviation to the planned progress shall be highlighted to the Planning Lead and/or the work package manager (standalone product projects) or to the Project Manager (standalone product projects/SPS Projects)
- To establish WBS structure in SAP and Primavera in accordance with Subsea procedure for project coding
- To establish and maintain product area plans/schedules on all forms and all levels necessary, according to Project requirements with sufficient detail of logical network
- To monitor engineering, procurement and construction activities, highlight and comment irregularities/criticalities and propose corrective actions and to establish recovery plans, if and when necessary
- To perform schedule analysis (Critical Path Analysis) on WP’s Level & Highlight to Lead Planner in each cut off reporting
- To collect progress information for all plans and reports as required
- To perform clear and accurate progress cut off reporting to management and clients
- To assist in change analysis by defining schedule impact /analyse cumulated effect on overall project
- To follow PEM principles for execution and prepare relevant time management input for PEM reviews to project team
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience as project planner in oil & gas or construction industry
- Knowledge in Primavera P6) and SAP is essential. Knowledge in Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) will be advantages
- Structured, analytic, proactive
- Be able to work independently, under less supervision
- Good Communication skills, positive attitude and a good team-worker
- Able to work under third party contract for 1.5 years

Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities and Tasks
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and configuring standard subsea products. Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Full technical responsibility for the delivery scope with regard to both quality, cost awareness and engineering timely delivery
- Detailed design of Mechanical Products in Subsea Oil and Gas Industry including electro-hydraulic Subsea Control Modules, Hydraulic Distribution and Instrumentation
- Engineering Change through SAP ensuring all dependencies are accounted for and updated documentation released
- Provide technical advice and solve technical issues related to Non Conformances
- Prepare, participate and/or document Design Reviews
- Close cooperation with key stakeholders and support functions (such as: client, other workpacks in Project, Workshop, Procurement/Supply Shain, MC, Quality Engineer, Subsea Lifecycle Services)
- Minimum Degree level in Engineering discipline (Mechanical)
- 3+ Years experience in Oil and Gas with Mechanical Design of Subsea Production Control Systems
- Strong focus on HSE, Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Subsea controls product knowledge and experience including SCM, SRM, SEM, HFL, EFL, Instrumentation and HPU
- Working knowledge of various Computer packages to include but not limited to; Microsoft packages, Mathcad, SAP, ENet, KIP, SPS, Synergi, AutoCad and Solidworks
