Your new company The company is a big player in the local Oil & Gas industry with regional operations. They are looking for a Legal Manager to join their Corporate Legal Department. Your new role  The role involves reviewing and drafting of commercial contracts with an emphasis on corporate exercises such as M&A's, capital markets, JV agreements, and Due Diligence related to said exercises. You will be required to provide legal advice on matters pertaining to corporate matters, Banking and conveyancing. You will also be required to conduct compliance with relevant laws and Bursa Listing Requirements.
