(Regional Sales & Service in Oil & Gas Industry) Responsibilities: Strong problem solving skills; the ability to resolve technical and commercial issues relevant to the job. Perform task such as testing and commissioning, field repair, troubleshoot and technical support at remote client site. Establish a rapport with customers and be prepared to accept phone calls for service or questions. Phone calls should normally occur during working hours, but it is possible there could occasional calls outside regular working hours or on weekends if the end user is having an emergency. Support Maintenance Contracts Scope requirements. Coordinate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance visits with customers. Troubleshoot and resolve customer demand service calls. The nature and number of visits will be dependent on the respective maintenance contracts the customers have with the company. Ability to review and understand technical documentation, drawings, schematics and manuals. Basic AutoCAD knowledge and experience is helpful. Must be willing to travel to customer sites (mostly at offshore locations, travel by crew boat or chopper) as needed. Requirements: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument, Chemicals or Automation Engineering; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Petrol Chemical industry or upstream oil & gas industry as service engineer interfacing directly with client; Familiar with instrumentation basic knowledge such as Hazardous Area rating, IP rating and communication protocol (i.e. 4-20 mA and Hart); Knowledge of basic electrical circuits. Strong organizational and communication skills; Proficient in the use of Microsoft software (MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel, Project); Ability to understand, and interpret electrical engineering drawings; Able to travel around 50% of the time to SEA region for business development, site service and training; Physically fit and able to pass offshore medical screening; Adherence to company and client strict HSE requirement including zero tolerance on substance abuse; Experience with Produced Water Treatment system or laboratory analytical instrument is of significant advantages for applicant.
