Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To design building M&E services (i.e. Electrical Installation, Power Sub-Station, Power Generation, LV/HV, Lift Installation, etc).
- Production of conceptual, presentation, tender and submission drawings.
- Tender return evaluation, report and recommendation.
- Project contract administration including checking shop drawings, assessment of technical submission by contractors, progress claim, variation claim, etc.
- Attend Client/Consultant meeting, site meeting, co-ordination/technical meeting, etc including meeting at oversea job sites.
Requirements:
- Possess a good degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
- Have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in commercial and hotel/resort projects.
- Conversant with the international and local relevant Codes of Practice and the requirements (e.g Powergrid, BCA, etc).
Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To design building M&E services(i.e. Fire Protection System, Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System, Plumbing & Sanitary System, Swimming Pool Filtration System, etc).
- Production of conceptual, presentation, tender and submission drawings.
- Tender return evaluation, report and recommendation.
- Project contract administration including checking shop drawings, assessment of technical submission by contractors, progress claim, variation claim, etc.
- Attend Client/Consultant meeting, site meeting, co-ordination/technical meeting, etc including meeting at oversea job sites.
Requirements:
- Possess a good degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
- Have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in commercial and hotel/resort projects.
- Conversant with the international and local relevant Codes of Practice and the requirements (e.g FSSD, NEA, PUB, BCA, CityGas, etc).
M&E DRAFTSMAN
Responsibilities:
- To prepare, design and drafting of drawings for various building M&E services (i.e. Electrical Installation, Fire Protection System, Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System, Plumbing & Sanitary System, etc).
- To organize, manage and maintain drafting office standards, procedure, schedules, etc
- Occasional visit to the job site to check for compliance, prepare and submission of plans to the Authorities.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma, ITC, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Good in detailing and drafting skills and be well versed in AutoCAD, BIM(Revit MEP) and Microsoft Office Software.
- Knowledge of other engineering software for heat load, hydraulic calculations, would be an advantage
