About Operations Excellence
Operations Excellence group has been formed to help elevate the execution of business strategies across Dialog Group and build sustainable capability for the continued growth and success of the company. This entails the enhancement or development of robust work processes, data management, and continuous improvement programs. Focus areas for Improvement programs include HSE, Quality, Efficiency and Organizational Sustainability (e.g. knowledge management; improved systems etc.). The Operations Excellence Group is working with the various divisions/departments to lead, facilitate or support improvement programs in these areas.
Key Accountabilities
- Development and implementation of projects to improve execution of business strategies and activities across Dialog Group
- Development of management systems and data to support, monitor and report work execution
- Work with divisions/departments to communicate and drive operations excellence improvements, identify and address issues and barriers.
- Development and delivery of communication packages to support implementation of Operations Excellence across Dialog Group
- Exploration of software solutions to support execution and management of work processes
Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
- Technical or business Degree background
- Experience in oil & gas industry is preferred
- Experience in managing/leading business improvement initiatives is preferred
- Experience of quality system management and/or audits is valuable
- Project management, HSE, process safety and/or QA/QC experience is valuable
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good logical and lateral thinking skills
