Position Summary
The business leader is responsible for collaboration with Rockwell Automation sales and distributors to implement sales strategies and plans for assigned products and services in the Oil & Gas industry to meet or exceed annual sales goals for AP CSM. Individual provides Business Development support for Oil & Gas customers along with Process Safety Services, the applications and technologies related to assigned products / services and provides ongoing support to sales engineers in closing orders. Responsible for establishing and maintaining senior executive relationships at key O&G accounts. Responsible for identifying customer technical / commercial challenges and engaging appropriate resources to bring issues to resolution. Will be responsible for identifying and positioning CSM offerings to Oil & Gas customers in improving the funnel. Will be directly measured on the results of Oil & Gas bookings under CSM Asia Pacific.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline (Automation, Instrumentation, Electronic, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering) • Min 15 years relevant Business Development experience with customer selling experience specifically to Oil & Gas customers. • High level of expertise in and knowledge of service offerings, PLCs, Intelligent Motor Control, Medium Voltage, Standard Drives and Drive Systems. • Intermediate level of expertise and knowledge of Integrated Architecture, Motion Control, Components and Services and Solutions |
