Responsibilities:

 Candidate with experienced in Topside Major Maintenance & Hook-up Commissioning will be an advantage.

DRAUGHTSMAN
Responsibilities:
 To follow instruction from Field/ Construction Engineer or Project engineer, Work Pack Team Leader, Project Manager and to participate include meeting, site visit and etc.
 To check completeness of AFC client drawing received (hard copy & native file). To highlight the accuracy of submission of drawing to superior.
 To prepare, revise and update all related drawings as per mark up drawing prepared by Surveyor or Project Engineer. This shall include preparing mark up and checking drawings.
 To perform and able to produce sketches/ drawing for new design and construction item (on project basis) for e.g. new pipe support, speciality item etc depends on site need.
 To assist Surveyor/ Project Engineer/ Construction Engineer in compiling drawing related to Site Technical Query (STQ), Red line Mark up, Site modification & As-Builts.
 To assist Project Engineer to generate and update drawing register for all related drawings.
 To file & maintain Issue for AFC (Approved for Construction), Issue for Construction (IFC) drawing and clients drawing approved for ease of traceability. This shall include the Site Survey drawing or Sketches from site team.
 To assist Field/ Construction/ Project Engineer on preparation and accuracy checked of Material Take Off (MTO) in Microsoft Excel format.
 To execute and perform any other ad-hoc task assigned or instructed by Superior or Project Manager.
 To perform above scope mostly at site location (offshore platform) and also yard/ plant and or office as required.
Requirements:
 Recognised international/local Diploma/ Certificate in Engineering or similar qualification. Possesses minimum qualification of Malaysian Certificates (MCE/SPM) or Equivalent.
 Has at least 5 years relevant design/ drafting experience using AutoCAD/ Google Sketchup including Material Take Off.
 Knowledge of offshore oil and gas production processes would be an advantage.
 Multidiscipline experience is preferred.

SECRETARY cum PA to MANAGING DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:
 Responsible to the Managing Director (MD) on all secretarial, reception and record keeping duties.

PROJECT COST CONTROL
Responsibilities:
 Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
 To prepare Work Order Proposal to the client and keep track and monitor on all Work Order received and utilization.
 Work with all relevant project personnel to ensure that cost control procedures are in place.
 To setting up cost control project(s) with Computerized Cost System upon agreed format.
 Prepare monthly Manpower, Equipment, Tools and Consumable movement report for the monitoring of the project activities.
 To monitor on daily basis and register all downtime, consumptions and any related issues relating to the project promptly to the project manager and management.
 Reviewing cost commitment and expenditure information for all cost elements, for input to the computerized cost control and reporting system on a consistent basis and ensuring that all information received is accurate and correctly input.
 Maintaining comprehensive accessible registers of financial approvals, variations and change orders.
 Liaising with the finance department with regards to establishing monthly evaluation of work done, goods received and services rendered for invoice preparation and verification.
 Ensure that all cost related work is in compliance with procurement procedure.
 Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
 Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients.
 Understand the project(s) specific cost procedures and carry out all work in accordance with these. 
Requirements:
 Degree in Engineering.
 Specialization in Project Management or Cost Control is preferred.
 Min 3 years working experience with 2 years relevant experience in Topside Maintenance.

PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
 Shall be thoroughly conversant with structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and instrument maintenance/projects at offshore platforms and onshore terminals.
 Able to manage the overall execution of project works which involve plan, organize, direct and delegate the works to ensure that all project requirements and objectives including schedule, cost, quality and safety are fulfilled.
 Must be able to manage interfaces between various project phases including engineering design, procurement, fabrication and construction, load out and sea fastening and hook-up and commissioning.
 Familiar with HSE safety and quality requirements.
 Shall be responsible for the scope of work defined in the CONTRACT. He shall be skilful and knowledgeable in contract management. He shall liaise with the CLIENT on all matters pertaining to the contract and shall ensure that the work is done in the most effective and safe manner.
 Shall be conversant with CLIENT emergency response, incident investigation procedures. His duties shall also include making frequent visits to offshore worksites and minor fabrication yard to ensure that operations are carried out in the safe & timely manner. He shall be able to represents company to lead incident investigations at worksites.
 Required to attend any scheduled and adhoc meeting with CLIENT.
 Should familiar with project budgeting preparation and control in ensuring the project executed within the budgeted cost.
 Shall be fully responsible for the overall project performance and provide consistent project status reporting to company higher management.
 Shall be able to communicate in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English language. 
Requirements:
 Possess Degree in Engineering and have at least ten (10) years of working experience in oil & gas and have served 5 years in this position.
 Preferably experience in hook-up and commissioning (HNC) off-shore platforms and Topside Major Maintenance (TMM) project.
 Shall have working knowledge in using Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 or equivalent.
 Strong leadership and communication skills especially with the superior, subordinates and CLIENTS.

OPERATION TEAM LEADER (OTL)
Responsibilities:
 Monitor job execution (onshore & offshore).
 Review, approve & coordinate material requisition & monitor material delivery to onshore & offshore for fabrication & installation.
 Monitor documents require for Final Documentation & invoicing.

Requirements:
 Applicant must have either a Degree/Diploma in any related field.
 Applicant MUST have a minimum of 10 years work experience in the oil & gas industry and 2 to 3 years work experienced as OTL position in HUCC and TMM related field.
 Have the ability to organize and direct all activities so as to meet the schedule, quality and safety requirements of the project.

COMMISIONNING ENGINEER

DISCIPLINE ENGINEERING (MECHANICAL, PIPING E&I AND STRUCTURE ENGINEER)
Responsibilities:
 Familiar with CLIENT safety and quality requirements
 Have knowledge in planning methods, CPN and construction/maintenance man-hour estimation.
 Have a full understanding of project management principles, e.g: planning, monitoring, reporting and control of cost, time and resources and shall be able to prepare detailed plans for particular tasks under his/her control. He/She shall be directly. involve in providing coordination and supervision of the work and responsible for interface management with the Client.
 Candidate shall be able to develop and compile construction work pack, preparing job cards which will reflect the CONTRACTOR's norms and method statement.
 Candidate shall communicate with the construction team on a daily basis to provide project status & info.
 Candidate shall provide technical input during the design, work packing period and during the execution period.
 Candidate shall communicate with QA/QC and HSE Engineer to ensure all necessary quality and safety elements are contained inside the work pack.
 Candidate is expected to conduct offshore work scoping/execution trips and generate reports as required. 
Requirements:
 We require various Discipline Engineer such as Mechanical, Piping, E & I and Structure Engineer who experienced in the oil & gas industry and exposed to work experienced in HUCC and TMM related field.
 Possesses a valid PETRONAS Offshore Safety Passport.(will be an added advantage)
 Preferably conversant with PETRONAS Technical Specifications & Standards.
 Minimum experienced of 5 years in oil & gas with 2 years in position.
 Possesses working knowledge of offshore oil and gas production processes.
 Preferably conversant with marine aspects of vessels especially relating to vessel movement.

PLANNING ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for development of overall project planning, scheduling & optimization as per input from team member.
 Develop schedule in Primavera P6 or MS Project and provide interval updated schedule.
 Brief project managers and team members on the schedule and limitation.
 Develop monitoring spread sheet for planner/scheduler to record actual progress.
 Coordinate & monitor progress report are submitted timely to project team and client as required. i.e Daily progress report (DPR), Weekly Progress Report (WPR), and Monthly Progress Report (MPR).
 Analyze project progress during execution, advice project manager & team member on the changes/delay to critical path activities.
 Prepare mitigation plan or revise planning if project is behind schedule.
 Perform changes to schedule (if any) based on new additional scope or change of execution plan.
 Coordinate & monitor for data and supporting document are prepared by site planner/scheduler as required in order to produce the change order proposal.
 Familiar with COMPANY safety and quality requirements.

SITE PLANNER
Responsibilities:
 Responsible to prepare project progress report i.e Daily progress report (DPR), Weekly Progress Report (WPR), and Monthly Progress Report (MPR).
 Brief Site Team on the schedule & execution plan.
 Understand the progress monitoring and schedule and able to perform daily update and reporting at site.
 Record actual progress in monitoring spread sheet & provide interval schedule update.
 Prepare & advise site team on the site mitigation plan or site re-scheduling of activities in order to complete as per overall plan.
 Monitor any new additional scope at site are recorded in written. i.e Field Instruction or STQ.
 Prepare input date and supporting document required in order to produce the change order proposal.
 Prepare site Minute of Meeting (MOM).

ASSET MAINTENANCE HEAD AT TELOK KALONG YARD KEMAMAN
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the development and management of an effective and responsive full spectrum of asset management and equipment maintenance and control system of the Yard.
 To plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control all equipment and materials to support project requirement.
 To review/update methods and system to ensure that all equipment are stored and maintain efficiently for its serviceability and operability for any project and operational requirements.
 To develop, review and implement procedure related to asset and materials management.
 To administer and coordinate asset and equipment being registered, tagged, undergoing scheduled maintenance and to produce relevant equipment certification.
 To participate in the relevant project meeting which require input on project equipment and material status.
 To provide monthly report on asset and equipment for both serviceability/operability and inventory to KLO.
 To administer and coordinate asset inventory, provide inventory record for stock control and monthly report of asset to your superior and to administer asset tracking.
 To administer asset lost and damaged by providing report to relevant authority and to proposed solution to rectify the damage.

Requirements:

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE  OFFICER
Responsibilities:
 Preparation and Maintenance of Accounts which includes journals, postings, reconciliations & analysis of financial statements to ensure proper recording and in-compliance with the accounting standards;
