The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Discipline Lead/Engineers in the Mechanical Static Team in the following:-
Lead work and material preparation for PM and CM for mechanical static/HVAC packages, prepare execution scope definition and interface requirements for site execution.
Provide support in the repairs, troubleshooting, modifications and installations of various Mechanical Static/Valves/HVAC equipment and components in accordance to Company's processes and procedures.
Act as focal point to interface and to provide discipline offshore technical supports for mechanical static packages to maintenance execution team and operation.
Lead and supervise offshore technicians/contractors/vendors in performing Mechanical Static/HVAC related works.
Attend factory or offshore site acceptance testing for mechanical static packages as and where required.
Complies with the requirements of Company's HSSE and PTW processes and procedures.
Working Experience:
Minimum 10 years working experience as Mechanical Engineer for offshore/onshore oil & gas processing facilities.
Knowledgeable in the commissioning, installation, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, work preparation and modifications of various types of Mechanical Static/HVAC system and components inclusive of manual and actuated valves, chiller/freezer units, air handling units, air cooled condensing units, burners or heat exchanges.
Knowledgeable in HSSE and PTW processes and procedures.
Other Requirements:
Able to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication and presentation skill, both written and spoken.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
